You’ll document activities completed alongside and even as part of your studies and develop key employability skills to ensure you are Career Ready by the time you graduate.

La Trobe offers all students the opportunity to complete the Career Ready Advantage Awards as part of their La Trobe experience in preparation for their future careers.
Complete Professional Learning activities, Practical Experiences and develop your Career Portfolio to achieve your Career Ready Advantage Award (Silver, Gold, and Platinum). All Career Ready Advantage Awards are recognised on your academic transcript. You’ll also receive e-certificates for each award you achieve, ensuring you stand out to graduate employers.
