Academic Staff
Many of our wonderful academic staff will be taking a well-deserved break over Easter. If you reach out to your Subject Coordinator (or any academic) over this time and don’t hear back from them, please don’t worry. Most academic staff will be back at work from Wednesday 3 April and will respond to you then.
All academic staff taking leave will have an automatic reply in their emails which will include the details of their leave and any other relevant advice, so check this for more guidance.
ASK La Trobe
Closed: Friday 29 March – Tuesday 2 April,
ASK La Trobe will be closed from 4 pm on Thursday 28 March, reopening Wednesday 3 April.

During this time, you can access your candidature and scholarship details, candidature variation forms, milestone dates and forms online, via StudentOnLine or find further information and advice on the Graduate Research School webpage. You can also review details on the various stages of graduate research degrees and FAQs for further information.

Health and Wellbeing
The La Trobe University Crisis Line will be available. Call 1300 146 307 or text 0488 884 100.

Library
The Melbourne (Bundoora) and Bendigo library spaces will remain open during the break but check the Library website for any changes to hours.

This is a special after-hours telephone hotline for international students at La Trobe University. We care and want to help you with anything you might be worried about. If you need help at night or on the weekends call 1800 758 360.
This is a free call from landlines anywhere in Australia. Standard call rates apply from mobile phones.

Library Learning Services
Check out Library Learning Services, a single place to find eLearning tools across La Trobe University. You can access self-paced learning activities when it suits you and from wherever you are. Library Support brings together resources like Achieve@Uni, Studiosity and LinkedInLearning videos, along with specially designed resources.
Peer Learning Advisors

Peer Learning Advisors (PLAs) are experienced students specially trained to help others. Check out Library Learning Services website for more information.
Student IT Support
