Between recommended nutrition guidelines, picky eating and the rising cost of groceries feeding kids can be tough.
Hear from a panel of Early Childhood and Food and Nutrition experts talk about what kids need, what helps us and what hinders us in making decisions about feeding children, and some community-based, creative ways to tackle common challenges and return calm to the table.
You’ll also have the opportunity to watch a cooking demonstration from La Trobe’s Melanie Lionello, nutritionist, cookbook author and creator of @frommylittlekitchen.
When: Tuesday 4 April, 7 pm – 8.30 pm
